Hi ,
After being in the veterinary profession for years, I've seen clients complain about a number of things. Their wait was too long, the receptionist was "rude", and the shot hurt their dog more than last time. Some of the complaints are valid... while others are not.
So what should you do if you really think your vet made a mistake?
What are your options and what is the best approach?
This is another one of those topics that often no one really wants to talk about, but it is an important topic. So I asked the irreverent veterinarian to research and write about this sensitive issue. Please take a moment to read The Irreverent Vet Speaks out on "What if You Think Your Vet Made a Mistake"? It will give you tips on how to handle potentially difficult situations with your vet.

I'll be interesting to see what you think. Read it and let me know your thoughts.
Until next time,
Dr. Jon
P.S. Another good topic that our Irreverent Vet wrote about is the safety of microchips. Go to The Irreverent Vet Speaks out on Microchip Safety.
